- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Provide training and education to healthcare staff on clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in medical staff meetings and provide input on clinical policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care and services.
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Fully licensed to practice medicine in the state of employment.
- Current DEA registration.
- Board certified or board eligible in primary care specialty (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Public Health or Occupational Medicine) with administrative experience in corrections and/or managed healthcare delivery.
