Salary
The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, with the possibility of additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Description
As a sales associate in our Apparel and Entertainment departments, you will be responsible for helping customers find what they need, ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to keep your aisles neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, and answer tricky questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must be able to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders, review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor, smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, and dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.
