**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and operate large Horizontal, Vertical, and/or Boring Mills to machine parts according to print specifications.
  • Perform daily equipment start-up and clean-up procedures to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Regularly use manual tools, including Dial Calipers, Dial indicators, and OD/ID Mics, to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand machining requirements and specifications.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of machining experience required.
  • Ability to adhere to company core values and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Fork-lift experience preferred.
  • Overhead crane experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of and experience working with alloy steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to working safely.
