**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety of our residents while utilizing the pool.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents who utilize the pool, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Document and maintain proper chemical usage in the pool, adhering to industry standards.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized environment around the pool area, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

**Requirements:**
- Lifeguard certification, ensuring you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain pool safety.
- CPR/First Aid certification, demonstrating your ability to respond to emergencies and provide critical care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues.
