About the RoleAs a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing donor suitability and establishing rapport to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
- Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product
- Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
- Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Superior customer service standards
- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- An interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
