Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing donor suitability and establishing rapport to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
• Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product
• Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
• Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Superior customer service standards
• A High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• An interest in making a difference in the world
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
