We're currently seeking a Pool Monitor to join our on-site community team and help create a positive experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the pool and sundeck areas to ensure resident safety and happiness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct.
  • Enforce rules in the swimming and sundeck areas to prevent accidents and provide a safe environment for residents.
  • Report any broken equipment.
  • Verify resident identification to ensure they live at our community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90 degrees.
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Must be over the age of 16.
