The Epic Systems Senior Analyst will serve as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications in a timely and high-quality manner. This role requires collaboration with the Service Desk to assist in responding to service requests and providing application support and optimization.
- Analyze business issues/requirements and workflows to apply knowledge and meet operational and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with customers to contribute to the analysis, testing, and documentation of medium to high complexity activities of assigned software.
- Design, configure, and deliver solutions that demonstrate exceptional ability to address complex end-user needs.
- Manage multiple priorities and possess strong organizational skills to ensure project success.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
- Ability to adjust to and implement change.
- Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- 5+ years within healthcare, business, or information systems.
- Certified or proficient in assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of employment date).
