Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified, Licensed Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join our team at NorthBay Health in Northern California. As a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist, you will provide comprehensive care to high-risk pregnancies and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct maternal fetal medicine consultations and ultrasound examinations for high-risk pregnancies.
  • Utilize NorthBay's electronic medical record system for documentation of office visits and ultrasound reports.
  • Participate in morning inpatient board rounds via phone, collaborating with Labor & Delivery, Maternal-Baby unit, and Neonatologists for comprehensive patient care discussions.
  • Round on antepartum patients as necessary to provide timely and thorough care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for high-risk pregnancies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding prenatal care and pregnancy complications.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Fellowship Trained in Maternal Fetal Medicine
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state
  • Proven experience in MFM procedures
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
