We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric LPN to join our team at Medical Staffing Solutions, USA.
Job Summary:
The Pediatric LPN will provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment skills, be able to coordinate patient care, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care through a continuum and facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to care quality and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain excellent patient assessment skills and demonstrate proper preparation of patients for treatments and procedures.
- Perform/assist with clinic specific procedures in accordance with established policies and guidelines used in the MTF.
- Set up and monitor specialized medical equipment, such as IV infusion pumps and cardiac monitoring devices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, using electronic medical records.
- Recognize and respond to adverse signs and symptoms, and react quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in a medical clinical or office setting.
- Diploma of LPN or LVN from an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) approved program.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALs).
- Licensure/Registration: See Exhibit 5.
