Job Summary:

The Inn at Bay Harbor is seeking a skilled and friendly Café Attendant to join our team. As a Café Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by describing menu items, suggesting products, and answering questions.
  • Inventory Management: Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Food Service: Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, and bagels.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock customer service stations, take out garbage, and create signs to advertise products and events.

Requirements:
