Occupational Therapist - Lafayette School District

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded school district in Lafayette to find a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist. This full-time position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and unique needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, interventions, and strategies to enhance students' overall development and independence.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other members of the educational team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.
  • Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed based on their achievements and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Qualifications
  • Active state Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
