Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our team at City of Hope Chicago. As a member of our collaborative and patient-focused team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering outstanding patient care with innovative therapies, emerging treatment approaches, and expanding diagnostic options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function actively and collegially using an evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach to deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Collaborate with our cancer team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in program development, growth initiatives, and regular communication with referring physicians.
  • Engage in clinical trials and contribute to the development and/or expansion of innovative therapies, emerging treatment approaches, and diagnostic options.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Foreign Equivalent.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
  • Fellowship trained in Breast Surgical Oncology.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Illinois Medical License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
