Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information.
  • Maintain controlled medication and required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures, demonstrating ethical performance and supporting efforts to enforce compliance.
  • Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities, updating and sharing knowledge and skills to keep current in one's area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$172,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
