Job Summary

Gateway Rehab is seeking a skilled Telehealth Therapist 3 to provide substance use treatment and case management services for assigned patients. This is a remote position, requiring a licensed therapist in PA and Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
  • Assess patient progress and revise treatment plans accordingly.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources.
  • Plan for continuing care and make referrals as necessary.
  • Monitor and complete insurance authorizations.
  • Achieve and maintain expected productivity levels.
  • Participate in regular supervision and seek additional support as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree with 5 years' experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment.
  • Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • 2+ years' experience as a Telehealth Therapist.
  • Active license in PA and Ohio.
  • Experience working with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals.
Additional Requirements
  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass Drug Screen.
  • TB Test.
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
