- Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
- Supervise, evaluate, guide, and counsel nursing staff in their work performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
- Manage staffing, budget, and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement human resource management strategies, ensuring that all staff members are supported and developed to achieve their full potential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- 3 years of progressively responsible direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
- 3 years of increasingly responsible nurse management experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- General knowledge and experience of progressively challenging managerial experience in an organization of comparable scope and complexity.
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License.
- BLS - Basic Life Support.
