About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Nexus Solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, conducting installations and service assignments, and delivering product trainings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Consulting: Provide independent technical after-sales consulting to national and international customers, branches, and dealers via phone and written communication.
  • Installation and Service Assignments: Conduct installations and service assignments worldwide, with a current average of 1-2 per month.
  • Product Trainings: Deliver service and product trainings, with a current average of 5-8 per year, both at our Seelbach location and internationally.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Assist in the creation of service manuals and other service-related documents, as well as maintain master data.
  • Repair Center Support: Support our repair center in repairing all JULABO products.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical degree in electrical engineering or refrigeration technology, or a technical education in mechatronics, electrical/electronics, or refrigeration technology with relevant additional work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in setting up/operating communication network systems (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, etc.) is desirable.
  • Language Skills: At least good oral and written (technical) English skills, with knowledge of any other foreign language being a plus.
  • Software Skills: Good MS Office skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Independent, quality- and goal-oriented work style, team-oriented, and strong communication skills, with a willingness to travel worldwide and flexibility.
