QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Delivering personal and nursing care in alignment with the resident care plan.
- Facilitating and leading activities.
- Monitoring and addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assisting in preparing residents for various activities both within and outside the facility.
- Ensuring that all resident care is delivered in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Performing essential nursing care procedures for residents as necessary.
- Creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents while ensuring their needs are met.
- Meeting residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
- Keeping resident documentation records for daily living activities, restorative programs, and specific resident forms.
- Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control standards.
- Attending and participating in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance the quality of care.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned or requested.
