- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Research tax issues and provide recommendations for clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding tax planning and compliance matters.
- Prepare tax projections and estimates.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Mentor and train staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing certification.
- 5+ years of tax experience for Manager level.
- Strong technical skills in tax preparation and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with tax software, such as CCH ProSystem fx or UltraTax, is a plus.
