About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a catheterization laboratory and possess strong technical and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Share on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including transporting patients and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift patients, and move equipment
