Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students in Delaware. As a remote Speech Therapist, you will work with students in a virtual environment, assessing and treating speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
  • Teletherapy Sessions: Deliver therapy sessions using telepractice tools to improve students' speech articulation, language comprehension, and overall communication skills.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to enhance students' communication abilities within the school environment.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certification: A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and appropriate state licensure/certification.
