Job Overview

The Nighttime Facility Cleaner is responsible for the sanitation and maintenance of designated areas during the night shift.

Essential Qualifications:


• Must be at least 18 years old.


• Must fulfill all criteria to gain approval for working in specific environments, including a ten-year work history if available.


• No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the job.


• No educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree are required.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in customer service.


• At least one year of relevant work experience.


Key Responsibilities:


• Perform cleaning and upkeep of buildings and facilities.


• Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces.


• Inform management about the need for repairs or enhancements to building systems.


• Foster effective communication and relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.


• Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies.


• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.


• Move items such as cabinets and boxes to facilitate cleaning, using hand trucks when necessary.


• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.


• Wash and replace window blinds as needed.


• Collect and dispose of trash efficiently.


• Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping, raking leaves, mowing grass, and removing snow as required.


• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas.


• Service and maintain restrooms.
