Job Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections
  • Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects changes in project status and meets cost and time requirements
  • Demonstrate effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the project direction
  • Promote positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent
  • Project experience must include a heavy MEP focus on complex projects
  • Ability to build a schedule and work in P6
  • CSL required, ABC license major plus
