Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively recommend products to guests.
• Partner with management to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Schedule and Salary

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. A standard schedule includes working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
