Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technician

We're seeking a skilled CVOR Surgical Technician to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting the surgical team during operative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with moving and positioning of patients
  • Clean and bandage wounds
  • Confirm procedure with patient
  • Maintain supplies and medical equipment
  • Meet technical skills as outlined in checklist
Requirements:
  • BLS
  • CST
  • 2 Years of experience in acute care

As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. You should also be able to easily lift 20 pounds and be prepared to perform tasks such as moving or lifting of patients, which may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times.

Travel CVOR Surgical Technicians should possess good skills for coping with stress and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds. All CVOR Surgical Technicians are required to hold the NBSTSA Certification in order to be eligible for employment with TNAA.
