Compensation: Starting Pay $15.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 6am - 5pm
- Saturday: 8am - 12pm
- Sunday: Closed

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail and contractor customers return to our store. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service will foster important relationships with both regular and new customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assessing the needs of wholesale and retail customers as they enter the store.
  • Mixing, tinting, and matching paint according to customer specifications.
  • Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for inventory, delivery, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment.
  • Processing orders and payment requests received in-person, by phone, online, or via email.
  • Utilizing the POS system for transactions and customer checkouts.
  • Potentially making local deliveries using a company vehicle.
  • Reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of residence with no restrictions and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and a stable employment history.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
