We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Aide to join our team at NHC Cookeville. As a Food Service Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents by assisting with meal preparation, delivery, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, including minimal food prep, food delivery, and kitchen cleaning
  • Responsible for scraping, stacking, washing, and sanitizing dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc.
  • Properly transport and store dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc.
  • Clean and sanitize the dish machine and dish room
  • Empties and cleans/sanitizes the trash cans
  • Keep work area clean, uncluttered, and complete assigned cleaning duties
