Job SummaryAs a key member of our team, the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all manufacturing operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the manufacturing of various departments
- Meet or exceed delivery, OSHA rate, burden variance, scrap, quality assurances, and manufacturing expenses targets
- Maintain production schedules and ensure quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing staff to achieve production goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in manufacturing operations and management
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures
