Welding Trainee

Lippert is a leading manufacturer of custom towing and truck accessories, and we are excited to announce our Welder Trainee Program. This 6-week paid training program is designed to teach you the skills you need to become a successful welder.

As a Welder Trainee, you will learn from certified welding instructors and gain hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will learn how to weld custom towing and truck accessories, and develop the skills you need to succeed in this field.

• Attend classes on time and be prepared to learn
• Wear appropriate attire for the production floor
• Listen and follow instructions
• Ask questions and seek clarification when needed
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and you will be required to work in a classroom setting. You will be expected to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday, and will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

• No prior experience is required, but prior manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Basic computer skills are helpful
