Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and sell our products and services to guests, including our loyalty program and digital services.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including gathering abandoned items and supplies.
- Support guest services such as order pick up and drive up, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of our products and services, including our loyalty program and digital services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
