Job Summary:
We are seeking a Childcare Facilitator to join our team at KidsTLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children aged 6-16 in a residential setting. Our ideal candidate has experience working with youth who have emotional and behavioral challenges and is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily care and activities for clients receiving respite care, including transportation as directed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Work closely with agency leaders, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience working in childcare or a related field.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
