Compensation Package
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a base salary of $42,000 per year, plus benefits such as employee discounts and flexible scheduling.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spirits Ambassador to join our team and provide a memorable experience for our guests by offering samples of our handcrafted moonshine, whiskey, and sipping creams while sharing knowledge of the unique flavors and craftsmanship behind each product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest experiences by offering samples of our spirits.
• Answer guest questions about the distillery, the tasting process, and the Smokehouse & Grill.
• Upsell and promote retail sales by informing guests about purchasing options for spirits, merchandise, and gift items.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must meet the legal age requirement for alcohol service in Missouri and have knowledge of or interest in spirits and distilling, which will be provided through training.
