Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of merchandise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks and store in a clean and organized manner
  • Operate a forklift to move merchandise throughout the warehouse
  • Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance on company vehicles
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a forklift
  • Good mechanical skills and ability to learn industry-specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative to complete tasks

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with occasional outdoor deliveries. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
