VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care.
- Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety needs, reporting significant conditions and reactions to supervisors or physicians.
- Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, and protocols.
- Document patient information, including significant conditions and reactions, in a timely and accurate manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in Med Surg or hospital setting, preferred.
- Completion of an accredited RN education program with a diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Ohio.
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
