We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment at a reputable skilled nursing facility in Berne, Indiana.

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours per day. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state license, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• 1 year of experience under the supervision of a senior SLP
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
