Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. Job Summary:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various types of illnesses or trauma. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, prioritize injuries based on medical need, and make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patients with various types of illnesses or trauma
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and make decisions about patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency care
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, evenings, and weekends
