Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our General Internal Medicine team at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. As a Same Day Access Clinician, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face and telehealth services to adult patients in General Internal Medicine
  • Cross-cover other clinicians' patient panels when necessary
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to prioritize and manage patient messages and requests
  • Evaluate and treat adult patients presenting to the GIM 3M clinic
  • Document patient care and communicate with consulting providers
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
  • National specialty certification
  • Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only), APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH, and Federal DEA Registration
