Welder

ShalePro Energy Services is a leading provider of oil and gas field services, operating in the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play. We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret basic blueprints and fabrication practices.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues.
• Work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Driving, walking, standing frequently.
• Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions, and some heavy lifting.
• Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
