Job Responsibilities- Provide advanced level nursing care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the physician.
- Assess and interpret patient conditions and communicate changes or concerns to the physician and other healthcare team members.
- Develop and implement patient care plans to meet patient needs and goals.
- Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and other advanced medical treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current nursing license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- At least two years of experience working in a critical care unit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
