Position Overview:

Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC, is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of Class A CDL Truck Operator specializing in 53ft Dry Van, Flatbed, and Hook trucks.

This is a full-time position offering 40-60 hours of work each week throughout the year.

All candidates must successfully complete a driving assessment and participate in a DOT pre-employment drug screening.


Compensation Structure:
Key to Key Pay: There is no non-productive time.
New Hire Incentive: A bonus of $4,000 is available after 90 days of incident-free service, distributed in three increments at 4, 5, and 6 months of employment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate various types of trucks, including transfer trailers and side dumps.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and complete logs prior to vehicle operation.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as tarping loads and climbing in and on trucks.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Candidates should be self-motivated and dependable to meet performance expectations.

Experience Requirement:

A minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience with a clean driving record is required.
