Job Summary:

The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the back and front of the house operations for the food service department. This includes maintaining a quality culinary program, processing financial reporting, and managing inventory, purchasing, labor, and food costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of culinary staff
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs for culinary staff
  • Conduct regular quality control checks
  • Manage financial reporting and budgeting
Preferred Qualifications:
