Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team at PuroClean Disaster Restoration Services. As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify restoration needs
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet customer needs
  • Perform water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation services
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for restoration work
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless restoration processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction, restoration, or a related trade
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, or mold remediation
  • Experience with equipment operation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
