">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at NorthBay Health. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering patient care to assigned patients under the direction of a licensed nurse.
">The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance to patients based on their functional and developmental needs, utilizing the Jean Watson Nursing Theory of Caring and the Relationship Based Care Model. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that every patient receives personalized care and support.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team">
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families">
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a current California CNA certificate and AHA CPR certification. Previous experience as a CNA in an acute care setting is preferred, but not required. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
">Compensation and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $27.81 - $30.71, with a 10% per diem differential included in the salary range. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
