Job Title: Pega Certified Lead System Architect

Job Summary:
Sky Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect to join our team for a key project. As a Lead System Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and designing applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. You will provide expert architecture and design guidance, ensuring successful implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Lead System Architect, providing architecture and design leadership for applications built on Pega PRPC and related Pega frameworks.
- Guide project teams in developing Pega-based BPM/BRE solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to clients on both business and technical project dimensions, addressing complex business challenges with innovative Pega solutions.

Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
- 6+ years of experience working with the Pegasystems Platform, with a focus on architecture and design.
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing BPM solutions across various technology platforms.
- Experience working in a team project structure, assuming various roles within cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Java/J2EE development and hands-on experience with client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Proven experience as a lead architect on large-scale enterprise projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring successful delivery on tight timelines.
- Familiarity with various industries and operational business processes is a plus.
