About the Position:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care within various departments. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in departments such as Stepdown, Lactation, MSICU, CSICU, Orthopaedic, Bariatric Surgery, General Surgery, Oncology Infusion, and the Operating Room.
Compensation:
Salary range: $30 - $55 per hour, based on comprehensive healthcare experience. Additionally, enjoy a commitment incentive of $20K or loan forgiveness options up to $25K, along with a relocation bonus based on mileage.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.

3. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
4. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
5. Experience in various clinical settings, including Stepdown, Lactation, MSICU, CSICU, Orthopaedic, Bariatric Surgery, General Surgery, Oncology Infusion, and Operating Room.
6. Exceptional clinical skills and the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with patients and healthcare team members.
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in nursing care.
