Job Title: Signal Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Signal Analyst to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a Signal Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting expatriate work in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will use state-of-the-art computer hardware and software to search for, identify, and monitor non-communications signals in a dense and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the identification and analysis of new signals, nominal signals, and unusual modes of existing signals, requiring a thorough understanding of signals, the environment, and data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for and identify non-communications signals using advanced computer hardware and software.
  • Analyze detected and pre-detected data in both analog and digital formats.
  • Identify and analyze new signals, nominal signals, and unusual modes of existing signals.
  • Work under general direction to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to ensure sound technical judgment and overall adequacy.
  • Communicate clearly with customer operators and work independently or in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Signal/Communication Analysis.
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph prior to start.
  • Willingness to relocate to remote overseas location in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia for an initial tour of two years.
Desired Skills:
  • Active TS/SCI and willingness to adjudicated CI Polygraph to start within the past three years.
  • J1 Telemetry Interceptor analyst course, 450 Collection and Processing course, and/or 451 Communication Signals Analysis.
  • Knowledge and use of Combined Back End Tool (CBET) tool suites.
  • Signals analysis experience.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
