Healthcare Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Contract Specialist to join our team at Norton Medical Group. This role involves working closely with the Director of Provider Contracts to ensure accurate and timely provider employment agreement data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, HRIS, or data analytics, with a strong focus on contract database administration and physician compensation programs.
In this position, you will maintain provider databases, audit physician contracts for accuracy, track upcoming renewals and pay changes, and document compliance management purposes.
You will also collaborate with stakeholders to foster working relationships and interact with all members of the contracts team and other departments as needed.
