Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Alliance ABA Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children with Autism and ADHD in an in-home setting, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support to their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
