Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at a partnering hospital in Scranton, Pennsylvania. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Job Summary:

This 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper equipment is sterilized and available for surgical procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre, during, and post-op assistance
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
Requirements:
  • Surgical Tech National Certificate
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of relevant experience
