  • Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisors.
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Give medication reminders, ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities, promoting physical and mental well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Professional License for CNA, or Certificate for HHA and PCA.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One-year prior professional experience.
  • Driver's license required.
  • CPR / First Aid certification preferred.
