Job OverviewAgilant Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the configuration, imaging, and asset-tag application of various desktop and laptop computers. You will also be involved in inventory-control management, scanning devices into a spreadsheet, and assisting with project-based moves or installations. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and delivering equipment within a 50-mile radius of our DuPage County office and maintaining the company van.Key Responsibilities- Configuration, imaging, and asset-tag application of desktop and laptop computers.
- Inventory-control management and scanning devices into a spreadsheet.
- Assisting with project-based moves or installations.
- Driving and delivering equipment within a 50-mile radius.
- Maintaining the company van.
- General knowledge of computers, particularly current Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with IT equipment deployment – preparation, imaging, delivery.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Experience with IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft application software – Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.
- Very good attention to details. Being meticulous on inventory and delivery paperwork.
- Technical experience in a professional IT environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new procedures as needed.
- Holds valid driver's license.
- Capable of loading and unloading delivery van. Able to pick up and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- $17-19/hr.
